Within 48 hours, if unused
You can ask for a full refund through Contact us within 48 hours of buying a pass, as long as you have not used any paid content with it (paid questions, mock exams, speed review or templates). The refund goes to the original payment method and the pass ends.
After use or after 48 hours
Once paid content has been used, or after 48 hours, passes are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
Billing errors and outages
Duplicate charges are always refunded, as is time you could not use because of a fault on our side.
Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the related pass is suspended while the dispute is open. Please contact us first; we usually resolve problems faster.
Invitation rewards
Free days earned through invitations or codes have no cash value and are not refundable.
